What are the shipping options and costs?

Express Deliver (2-3 business days
including production) is currently only available for select t-shirts

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are produced
and ready to ship within 2–7 business days after the order is placed.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships a tracking number is typically provided. Once the order is shipped the customer is sent a tracking number via email.

What is your return/exchange policy?

If a customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changes their mind, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. These products are unique and produced only once when
ordered.  If the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing
error, we will offer a free reprint or a refund. The issue must be reported
within 30 days of delivery, and clear photo evidence of the problem is
required. There is no need to physically return the damaged product.  If
an order never arrives or is returned to sender due to an invalid address, We
may issue a refund of the product price only, but not for shipping. If there are any issues with your order please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to info@personalprintondemand.com.
